Policy

Overnights: To book an overnight, half of the payment is due at the time of booking, and half is due after the overnight stay. Refunds will not be given for the first half if there is a cancellation.

Dog Walks: Payment is due daily. For longer schedules, half payment is due at the beginning of the booking, and half is due after the walks are completed. For repeated scheduled walks, payment is due daily or at the start of week.

Drop-ins: Payment is due daily. For longer schedules, half payment is due at the beginning of the booking, and half is due after the drop-ins are completed. For repeated scheduled drop-ins, payment is due daily or at the start of the week.
